BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Livery

Stables and Trailer

Two, 12ft x 12ft earth floor, insulated stables and tack room, set in their own paddock.

The trailer is rear facing and side loading and can take two horses up to 17.2h. The trailer is not available for Independent hire.

Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of 60 lev per horse/pony is required to reserve a stable for short term liveries.

A non-refundable deposit of 150 lev is required to reserve a transport booking not short term livery related.

For Holiday Liveries, a non-refundable deposit of 60 lev per horse/pony to reserve a stable and a one off refundable 50 lev clean paddock fee is required at the time of booking.

A booking is not accepted until we receive cleared funds. 

Last minute bookings can be accepted at our discretion. In this case, immediate full payment will be required.

Final payment

The remaining payment is due two weeks before booking date.

If final payments are not received when due, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.

Payment should be made direct to our ePay.bg account. Details will be forwarded to you with the booking form.

Cancellations

Notification of cancellation of the booking must be given by email to the following address: Contact@equinespirit.horse

Failure to do so immediately may prejudice your entitlement to claim a refund. No refunds can be made once the booked service has commenced.

If you cancel: (a) More than two weeks before the booked service commences, your deposit is forfeited. (b)Between two and one weeks before the booked service commences, 50% of the booking fee is retained (c)Less than one week before the booked service commences, 100% of the booking fee is retained. In many cases, cancellation fees are covered by insurance.

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your booking, a full refund of any money paid to us will be given.

Liabilities

Equine Spirit cannot be held responsible for any injuries, loss or damage incurred to the person(s) livestock or personal property arising through the use of the facilities.

It is the owners responsibility to ensure all horses/ponies are of sound health and that any conditions or behaviour traits are highlighted prior to their stay or transport.

Equine Spirit reserves the right to request vet attendance without prior consultation if deemed necessary and all third party costs arising during the use of the facilities or transport will be passed on to the owners.

Passports are required to stay/travel with the horse/pony and must contain up to date vaccinations. Horses/ponies should be wormed no less than two days before arrival if not on a worming regime. If worms are detected during their stay, a wormer will be administered and the cost of the wormer will be passed onto the owner.

Holiday liveries are required to poo pick the paddock daily and leave it clean before departure. Failure to do so will result in the retention of the refundable 50 lev clean paddock fee.

Parents who bring children onto the premises are wholly responsible for them and their safety.

Rugs requiring return by post/courier – costs will be calculated once the rugs have been cleaned and weighed. The post/courier cost will be advised by email and must be paid prior to dispatch.

Equine Spirit must receive, within one week after the rug owner has been advised, the full payment for the post/courier return cost. Otherwise, they reserve the right to retain and dispose of the rugs to recoup costs incurred.

Equine Spirit cannot accept any responsibility for losses or damages occurring whilst rugs are in transit to and from our location if the transit is undertaken by a third party.

Equine Spirit does NOT accept liability for any costs incurred as a result of any of the following: Cancellations, delays or changes caused by war, threat of war, closure of airports, terrorism, civil strife, industrial action, natural disaster, technical problems with transport, or other events beyond our control.

Should you wish to go forward with a booking, we will send you a booking form to complete.

No contract shall exist until:

The Booking Form is returned and acknowledged, AND

The appropriate deposit is paid, or if the booking is made within one week of the booking date, the full amount is paid AND

A confirmation invoice has been issued.

Deposit

For courses a non refundable deposit of 50% of the full course fee is required at the time of booking.

A booking is not accepted until we receive cleared funds. 

For therapies, payment is to be made at the time of the therapy, including transport costs if applicable.

Final payment

The remaining course fee amount and transport costs, if applicable, is due two weeks before the course commences.

If a mobile therapy session is cancelled after the therapist has departed to attend the client, a fee of 50 lev will be charged.

Equine Spirit reserves the right to make any changes to our programme with regard to courses or facilitators. Alternative arrangements are offered to the best of our ability but, if not taken up, we do not accept responsibility for any costs incurred.

Equine Spirit is not responsible for participants’ medical, psychiatric or allergic conditions which may develop during or subsequent to any course or therapy.

If you have had any major physical or emotional illness or disorder within the past 5 years, or are under medical or psychiatric supervision, you must notify us of the details at the time of booking and, where appropriate, enclose a doctor’s certificate of fitness to attend a course or receive a complementary therapy.

Non-disclosure of relevant information will cancel our contractual obligation to you.
